What does this icon mean?

And how do I disable? When I first exchanged my note 7, I opted to use the cloud to transfer my data, rather than do a smart switch with cables (big mistake). Using only WiFi, it said it would take 13 hours. So I made a change somewhere to allow downloading via WiFi and data. Trouble is I can't remember how I did this. Anyways I think that's what this icon means and I want to turn it off now.

That's download booster. Go to settings - connections - more connection settings - download booster

Thanks GhostRiderz! Download booster. That was it. I couldn't find it in the path you mentioned. So I searched for download booster and found it in: Settings/More/Download Booster
