    I just came on to post that I got mine and saw your pics. Are you missing the rubber gloves and NINE page letter from the DOT?? Funny, I got the email from FedEx on Wed. Had no idea what was coming. Called VZW CS who told me that tracking number was because I was accidentally going to receive someone else's insurance replacement phone, that she'd order my replacement box asap!!! OMG, this whole thing!

    And in case you can't tell from Jigo's or my pics, the box with the white lining feels like it's lined with a Styrofoam type cushioning.

    I get the precautions, but geez......

    Yes, I got the gloves too. It says the white coating is ceramic fiber paper. The gloves are for that, says some may be sensitive to it.

    Is this what Samsung is sending me? I'm so confused!

    FedEx shipped me a replacement phone, I refused it because they would not accept my defective back to ship. So I returned it for a refund 2 weeks ago

    Now suddenly I've gotten an email from ups saying they are shipping me a package and another email saying they are shipping me a return box and label... but I don't have a phone to give back! Lol

    LOL, a month and a half now, and it's still managing to be a cluster.

    Before your post, I didn't realize the label on the box, sent to me by VZW, via FedEx, is shipping back via UPS. LOL!

    I honestly didn't read any of the 9 page letter, but if you look at the diagram of instructions, it just shows the phone being put into the bag. There also isn't any room in it, or in that first tiny box, to fit anything other than the phone.

    That's odd b/c the lady from Samsung exchange specifically read a script stating that ALL the accessories were needed to be returned. When I inquired about it further when she finsihed, she said that she had dealt with several returns through the recall and was 100% sure the accessories were needed to be returned, especially the charger. But there doesn't seem to be any indication of this in the return package materials/instructions from what I understand.
