NEW Verizon replacement experience (second time)

Orders can be done online this time. But in order to get the upgrade fee waived you must call customer service though. Initially I was on chat and they said in store only. Called support and they did over the phone and waived the upgrade fee. Said they will be sending a special shipping box to return the N7. This was 10x easier than my last experience that took 4hrs instore. Went with the S7 edge to hold me down until the S8 comes out. Not happy about returning my N7 but it must be done. RIP NOTE 7
