    Just wondering if people are finding it easy to return these items or just have to eat the cost.

    Amazon is taking returns no questions asked, just contact a rep through an online chat and give them the order number they will process the ups labels for you to print out, once they get it in the warehouse they will refund your money. I had three cases and three screen protector kits all ordered between August and October which I returned with no problem.

    Did you have to pay shipping and what if it's a 3rd party seller but fulfilled by Amazon?

    I checked on one today, a case I wanted to return, and after I pay the shipping I'd get $1.98 back. Not sure it's worth it.

    Yep, I had tried two tempered glass screen protectors which sucked cause of the note 7's curved screen and I ended up getting a film screen protector instead, had just finally gotten the bubbles to settle down and then the 2nd recall happened! Peeled the screen protector off, put it in the box and amazon said okay lol.

    Amazon paid the shipping back to the warehouses, doesn't matter 3rd party seller or not - contact amazon via chat and give them the order numbers of the items and they will do the return process, if you try to do it yourself it may not let you due to the return period or they might make you pay to ship it back.

    What you have to do, which is very easy, go into the customer service part on the app, go to the bottom and hit customer service, pick all the note 7 items you purchased, pick thr reason (I think it was other or something) then give a short paragraph on the circumstances and you will get full refund, you won't even have to send the items back! I did this yesterday and not even an hour later, full refund.
