Note 8.0 4G update love

Any word when we are going to get some loving? We are still rocking 4.1.2. Wi-fi has been on 4.2 for a long time now. I paid good money for a better version, why can't they take care of us?

Been wondering the same. A few posts have indicated Samsung may not have plans to update the i467, but I strongly hope this is not true.

My unit suffers from the random input freeze problem, which is apparently fixed with 4.2.2... If nothing else, I eagerly await an update for that reason.

Is that what's happening to mine? Sometimes I can't type or anything, it's like the screen's touch sensors have just stopped working.

That's exactly what happens, the unit will not accept any input for a few seconds, and it can happen as frequently as a minute apart. Most of the time it's not that bad though

Doesn't appear to affect using a Bluetooth keyboard, so I suspect it's a glitch with the touchscreen/touch control sensor input.

Weird because my new one arrived a few days ago and IMMEDIATLY updated to 4.2.2 along with a whole series of app updates. I see though theres a bit of a learning curve re s pen use.
