I connect to WiFi but no respond what so ever this is a new issue that's just started recently

Step 1..on your Note 8, disconnect and reconnect to your WiFi network.
Didn't work?
Step 2...try a delete partition cache.
Didn't work?
Step 3...try a different WiFi network.
Didn't work?
Step 4...factory reset.
Didn't work?
Step 5........?
