It's the easiest way and you won't even need to take a picture of the receipt.

I'm in this status as well. It's impossible to get cs to give you a straight answer. I received an email a couple days ago that stated the sd cards are backordered and should see them in 2-3 weeks.

If you ordered from Samsung, you probably didn't need the receipt. I bought mine from a T-Mobile store and had to upload my receipt.
