Can't DownloadVideos

When I long press a video, a pop up used to show up allowing me to save the video. Has that option gone because now nothing shows up when I long press the video whilst it is playing. It worked flawlessly up until a week or two ago. I didn't have an app installed to do this - it just worked. Now it doesn't. I need that to work. Any advice?
