For some reason, when I try to raise my volume, the volume levels auto-adjust down to its lowest setting.

    What is this? Please help!

Check all sound and volume settings to make sure you don't have any auto settings on.

Go into Settings, Sound, Volume and there's a three dot area on right side you go into for that screen shot I displayed

Check these out. It won't even let me change from "Vibrate" to "Sound."

Press up on the volume button jist two times on the phone. It shows you have sound off and on vibrate. Odd.

Don't think there's a nova setting for sound control.

    Check your pull down menu

Not sure - maybe someone else can offer some tips. Make sure you go through all the sound settings, sounds like you checked the drop down menu too. Notice any changes after a recent update maybr?
