Hi. I bought a genuine Galaxy Note 8 128GB dual SIM in Hong Kong and it has a Snapdragon Processor. Although I am using it in English, sometimes the Android Auto app replies me in Cantonese. When I use Bixby Vision to shop it takes me to Taobao. Also my handwritten strokes appear as calligraphy brush strokes. I took the phone to the Samsung Experience store in Singapore and they were clueless on how to resolve this. In fact they had not seen this particular OS as some options were missing compared to the OS available in Singapore.
So I would be grateful if someone can guide me on:
1) How to make sure everything is in English
2) Help me get normal handwriting strokes.
