How do I prepare my Note 8 for selling?

Hi! I am getting ready to sell my Note 8. How do I make sure its cleaned, and is no longer associated with me, my Samsung Pay, my Google account, etc?

make sure you factory reset it from settings NOT recovery. If you reset it from recovery you can only log back in with your Google account, through settings anyone can restore it.

Would first doing a factory restore through recovery and then logging in with your Google account and doing it again from settings give you a deeper clean or is it just being to paranoid?
