Apps re-arrange unexpectedly

Have a note 8. Has anyone noticed that sometimes, and randamly, that some apps get moved around without your doing? Very strange. For exam, have a banking app in a folder that gets moved to the second page without me physically doing this. Strange

Sometimes, i accidentally move apps without realizing it. It's not the phone, it's us. I think there's an option to lock the screen under go launcher, which was useful so i don't accidentally move or delete shortcuts.

This , I have had apps that seemed to move by themselves, but I am sure it was me.

It's one reason I started using Nova Launcher back on a Note 3. You can lock the screen. (And back it up, so if you do happen to mess it up, you can restore it from the backup.)
