Waze on Note 8

I used to be able to tap an address in my contacts and open in Waze. Now Waze opens, but without the address - I have to copy-paste the address and search. Anyone else? Any ideas? I have uninstalled/reinstalled Waze and checked all permissions. Not sure when this started - but possibly with Oreo update.

I just tried tapping on contact address on my Note 8 with Oreo and it works just fine and goes to Waze and shows address of contact. No idea why yours isn't working properly.

Thanks for checking. I can't imagine why mine stopped working.

I have the same problem as you. After opening a contact either from phone or from contacts, click on address, open in Waze, and Waze opens but no directions. So copy and paste the address in Waze is the only way to do from phone (but I mostly use voice when my phone is plugged in to Android Auto).
