As of this morning, T-Mobile has released OTA firmware N950USQU4CRF3, which includes the June 1 2018 Android security patch.

Received my update this morning too, I wonder if there's anything new, or if RCS is pushed onto the Note 8.

Although the update info on the phone itself refers only to the security patch, the release notes on TMo's website also list the following changes:

Incorrect Time & Date bug fixed
Camera fixes
Various bug fixes and system improvements​
