Att has a history on Samsung phones in letting out updates , some go no problems while others stuck forever until you flash it .

They have been good on this phone since launch until now. Not the end of the world but it does irk me a bit.

Looks like Sprint and TMobile are on Jan and Verizon might still be on Dec if I'm reading it right...
