Galaxy note 8 Random Error message pops up

I get this error pop up message on my Note 8 that says COULD NOT CONNECT TO 127.0.0.1:777. Its pretty random and it pops up when im just on my home screen when no apps are running or running. Not sure how to fix it to make it go away. Anyone familiar with this and how to get rid of this?

Thats all i get, just that pop up. My internet works pretty well with no issues.

Try in safe mode see if u still get that pop up.

Tried in Safe Mode and didnt get any of the messages....turned it off and havent had the message so far. Not sure if that fixed something but good so far.

Ok thats good news , if it does pop up again gotta look at some apps you installed.

Yeah i spent some time today checking my most recent apps that i downloaded and uninstalled them but it still was doing. Hopefully it wont come back now....i appreciate your help on this!

It was happening on both wifi and mobile data.

Nevermind, it just popped up again. Like i said i uninstalled some apps earlier today in hopes that would help but no luck on that. Not sure what else is causing it.
