I just placed an order for my mom and at the order confirmation page it says it will arrive 1-2 days after deliver and expected deliver date of September 12-15. So Samsung does let you know when it should ship.

They let me know when I ordered it when I should expect it but they didn't update me the the most current estimate not even being this month.

So after speaking with a rep who couldn't even find my order and said that my Note 9 is backordered, I decided to use the chat feature. Apparently, Samsung is sticking with their estimated shipping date in the week of 08/26.

I swear we talked to the same rep. She couldn't find my order with my order # my last name and my billing address she somehow used my first name to find it. She told me it was backordered. Just e-mailed them to get a second opinion for my phone.

That little puggle cost almost $7,000 when you had to have two emergency surgeries for eating a peach pit that cause that catastrophic domino effect but he's okay now and he still with us and he is my little peanut that I've had for 10 years

If you go in and pre order now in the cart via samsungs site for att 512 gb model it's saying will ship 9/2 now so no more august dates.

I ordered mine 9am on August 10th, and the receipt and invoice say "order by 8/20 and receive by 8/24."

So, did I make the cut off date or no? I still have not seen any update on my phone for shipping or anything.

Since we're sharing our husky pics now lol. 12 weeks old, my gf and I love him. He's been helping to keep me busy during the wait for the phone. Back to note 9 madness now haha
