    Let me know what they say because I've already decided that I'm going to either call or email everyday until it gets here. I've never been the complaining type but this whole preorder fiasco is bringing out the worst in me.
    Doesn't help that it's a $1200 phone. I mean. I would be calling and emailing, each probably twice a day.

    will do. I have been on hold for almost an hour now....like what.

    honestly, im thinking of ditching my 512gb if these a-holes don't tell me a positive answer. t-mobile has the 128gb in stock and i can just buy it. idk if waiting for the 512gb is really worth it.

    Same issues with my purple 512gb. they sent me an email saying the week of 9/17. I'm going to call here in an hour and if it's not sent before my b-day (which is the first week of september) I'm cancelling my order.

    I pre-ordered the blue, 512gb Verizon variant through Samsung on the tenth. It's being delivered today! Even though it's not on release day, I consider myself pretty lucky that I don't have to wait until October.

    It's funny because on their site, it says that ship date is 08/29 for the purple model.

    Well not sure it's just the 512 variant. I did my pre-order late in the game so probably my fault. Ordered the blue 128 ATT variant on 8-22 and only word I could get out of Samsung is that it may ship on 9/15?? Still sitting there with no movement. I could get one at local ATT store but like others I don't want to lose the discounts they are giving me for my old s7e that my wife currently has. I have dealt with Samsung.com for the last three years so I know what I am up against with them.

    I chose the AT&T variant when ordering. It shows a September 30th date if ordering now. But i called today and they said It's estimated to ship this week. Not sure whether to trust the e-mail or the support over the phone

    I called Saturday to get a status. The CS rep was extremely apathetic, told me I would get an email when shipping status changed and he could not tell me anything else, followed by "can I help you with anything else?"

    I called again today, explained I made a warranty claim on my trade-in due to a cracked screen and since pre-order offer advertised receiving by 8/24 I proceeded with the warranty claim and now had a deadline to return broken phone and I did not want to risk using the replacement.

    New CS rep was very nice and after less than a minute on hold informed me my device was scheduled to ship this week but could not confirm exact date. Good enough for me.

    I ordered one on 8/22, ATT variant and no movement other than they hit my card. Last I knew was expected ship of week of 9/15.

    What are they offering for the S7e when you preordered this late, just curious. Those can sell on Swappa pretty well, depending on the Samsung offer to compare to
