I went with 128GB. I was really tempted to get the 512GB version because it was only $10 more per month, but I just don't think I'd ever go over 128GB on a phone. If the SD card slot wasn't there I probably would have gone with 512.

You're not getting the full 128GB, I wonder how much space the operating system gets?

My current Pixel 2 XL is only 64GB and I’m nowhere near using all that, so 128GB is more than enough... plus, as already said, there’s the SD card capability too... So really, it’s fairly limitless for a normal user like myself.

All my music is in the cloud as are all my pictures etc

Idk what to do. I'm on Verizon so, no down payment just paying the tax upfront...which is kind of a minuscule difference of about $20 or something. The device monthly payments is a $10 difference per month, so basically do I want to get the cheaper one or pay $10 a month extra for like 4X's the storage and 2gb extra ram?

I'm leaning more towards the 512. Do I need it? Absolutely not, but for $10 more a month it seems like a better deal.

Yes, I went with the 512. If you're already dropping a $1000 for a phone, might as well get the top of the line for $250 more.

512 without a doubt. That and the blue color are the only reason I'd even consider a Note 9. Definitely skipping whatever comes out next year...

On T-mobile JOD, I don't have much choice but to get the 128, but I hae a 256 SD card and am carefull to not fill the 32 GB of internal memory I have now.

Good luck... as I've read that so many times on this forum, I've got a smile or a smirk on my face. The 8-512 combo looks fine! That's what I'd get... and I usually keep my phones two years!

The way it's sounding the s10 will have BIG changes compared to the current line up. My question is if the s10 plus will have an spen. That might over lap Note 9 sales though. If the NOte 9 doesn't sell well they might scrap the Note and just have the larger Galaxy come with spen.

Personally I'd just get the 6gb ram. You know you will want the newest device next year.

I went with the 512. The extra ram and storage sold me. I use Dex today and see that becoming more frequent use now that it's built in.

When I read the thought of Sammy including Spen with the S plus model I got excited. Hope it materializes.

Ordered through T-Mobile JOD, therefore didn't have much of a choice. Though I guess even if T-Mobile offered this, the down payment would be $300 more, so $380 instead of $80, therefore I probably would have gone with 128 GB either way.

Yeah, 512 GB would have been nice for the 8 GB of RAM. But as I see it, I'm getting an upgrade on my 64 GB of RAM in my S9+, so still quite an upgrade!

Best Buy gave me 10% off that I could use for either model because I have an August birthday so the 512GB / 8 GB was a no-brainer...
