I have searched extensively to determine if the T-Mobile Note 9 is 600MHZ capable and get conflicting info.

Living in a rural area makes this a desirable feature.

Much appreciated madviking. Can I ask where you found this info? The T-Mobile site does not list the Note 9 and the websites I viewed are inconclusive.

The T-Mobile branded Note 9 will, as does the S9/S9 Plus that the hardware is based on. The jury is out on the unlocked model. It would be a step back for them not to have support for it. The Note 8 Snapdragon 835 added support for it, but just a little too late for the Note 8. It should be on all T-Mobile Samsung phones from this point forward.

Thanks. I spent more than a couple of hours trying to get this info. Guess I was going to the wrong T-Mobile page.

The S8 does not. The V30 was the first TMobile phone with 600mhz capabilities. That's ethe only reason I'm looking to upgrade a perfectly good Note8.

i know that note 8 doesn't support it ...but s8 and s8+ does

Samsung announced the Galaxy S9 and S9+ yesterday, but the news for T-Mobile subscribers doesn't stop there. Turns out the new Galaxy phones support team magenta's new 600MHz band 71 LTE. So if you've got your heart set on taking advantage of the frequency's extra coverage and penetration in the coming years, then the S9 and S9+ are your best bet right now. this was from press release when s8 s8+ was released earlier this year.....
