Has anyone received the $100 from Samsung for deciding to not cancel their Note 9 preorder when it took over a month after the release date for them to deliver some of our phones? If so can youexplain how you received? I chose to not cancel my order because of the offer of the $100 credit and have received nothing from Samsung in any way shape or form via email nor in my Shop Samsung app on Note 9.
The $100 you will receive it as a credit for the purchase in other words if you pay full price $999 they will only charge you $899 for the phone once is shipped.
On my Invoice there was not an additional $100 taken off.
They suppose to give you a refund of 100 to the method of payment you used. Dont know how long it would take to process.
I would think you have to wait the return period has passed.
