Guys , I tot note 9 camera suppose to be good at capturing bright lights and low lights . But when I capture this picture , the light bulb thingy above my subject is white , but in real life is orange. Why this happens and how to correct it?

Also, if you play around with where you focus - for instance, in similar cases I sometimes tap to focus a few times, and sometimes adjust the lighting, in the auto mode, to get the bset outcome.

Well, that depends on where you want to focus and whether or not you've set the Auto-Scene or HDR options on/off. You're in Auto mode and that will usually over-expose night shots in order to avoid dark pictures. If you want more control over that you need to use the Pro mode and adjust color temperature, exposure, aperture, etc.
pictures taken in auto mode during the day is already amazing , is there any point I should capture image using Manual mode during the day? I know night is better using manual but what about day time?

Depends on your scenario. Even in bright light, though adequate, you might want to have better control over how your shot looks to avoid things like underexposure because you focused on a very bright spot. For instance, you can get better shots when the light source is behind your subject in manual than in auto (usually).
