    It has all the power mode there long press it..

    Yeah, I'm on AT&T and running it right now. Just go to Settings>Device Care>Battery>Power Mode and select "High Performance"

    That's "power mode" not "performance mode". In previous versions there was an option "performance mode" under settings. From there could set Gaming mode and be able to video record the screen, among others.

    That's what you get there power mode/performance tap on it to further change what you want

    Power mode doesn't have same options as performance mode, see attached screenshots:

    Power mode doesn't have same options as performance mode, see attached screenshots:
    They still have things you can change if you tap it with my screen shot you can see.
    But your on Oreo still , with pie they put some things in different place to toggle , like game mode is now in adavance settings and changing sounds is just long press Dolby Atmos.
