    Is Samsung is ready to ditch lithium-ion smartphone batteries in favor of graphene cells?

    according to a new rumor wave that emerged on Chinese social media network Weibo, maybe, after more r&d, proto-types and testing

    Nicely documented! And yeah, graphene has been pegged as an energy-storage solution for a few years now, with development mostly for large-cell energy needs, but definitely doable on a phone.
