How do I get rid of Icon Frames on Samsung Note 9 after the latest update?

After installing the latest system update mid February, the Icon Frames reappeared and I don't see the option to remove them. Previously, I think, one would go to Settings>>Display>>Icon Frames

I moved this from the Galaxy Note forum (for the ancient original Note), to the Note9 forum.

Did you have a theme on before the update that got transfer with the update, as pie dont have that option anymore.

Yeah that option gone with pie
Maybe go into Samsung theme and reapply the stock theme?

Ya, got the news S10+ and the icon frames are not visually appealing, especially the Google apps themselves. Why Google would do this is beyond me.
