Diagonal swipe Pop Up View feature missing on Android Pie?

I just got the Android Pie update for my unlock version - TMobile, and noticed I can't shrink any apps when I try to shrink it from the upper left corner of the screen. To do that, I need to press the Recent button, then choose Pop Up View. Any help? Thanks!

Download Good Lock, the feature is in there along with other mods you can do.

Did you verify that One Handed Mode is still enabled and the settings in there are correctly set to Gesture? Settings - Advanced Features - Motions and Gestures - One-Handed Mode

BTW, I believe the gesture is set to the bottom corners now. Not the top.

Sorry, I miss understood your post I thought you wanted the screen to shrink down for one handed mode. But yeah the option to put an app is pop up view is now in the recents.
