How do I use split screen on note 9

I want to use my Split screen on my note 9.....i can't find out where i "turn it on".

Use the recent button and tap the icon of the app for options

Or if you install Good Lock and use the Multitasking plug in, you can just tap and hold the app and drag/drop into either split screen or pop-up mode.
