    For those like myself who once loved windows phone...the update to pie has a calander view for the aod! Go to the settings and the change clock option, there is one there...

    Thanks for heads up, but didn't they always that option since they first introduce AOD?

    Why would one want calendar on the aod? It's just the snoozing phone showing the time without getting woken up...
    Ah well, each to their own I guess..

    IDK about always, but I've got the calendar option for AOD on my Verizon branded 8/512, which is still running Oreo.

    This is my first Samsung, since the S4. I did have about 5 of those and at least two at one time tho. 😏

    If you have a memory like mines...you need to be reminded frequently of what the day holds. I found it really helpful that on glance screen on Windows phone it showed me a list of my events for the day...pleased that I can have this again. Not sure how long it's been there for mind you...know it wasn't when I checked my s8, it is now.

    Fair enough! Busy lives etc.. There's been a few changes with Pie, so it pays to go through your settings thoroughly... :-)
