I know how to block a phone number in phone settings. Is it possible to use wildcards to block all numbers that begin with a certain prefix like 212* meaning block ALL numbers that begin with that sequence? I thought it was but I tried and it doesn't work. Perhaps I am using the wrong wildcard character?

Interesting. I've never heard of such a thing.
    What would be the application?
How would you know that you never wish to receive a call from a number with that prefix?
