    That's an awesome story. The best thing about this story ( besides the note 9 of course ) is that the worker took the time to help and figured out that the customer had a disability rather than just becoming annoyed.

    I love this!! Can you imagine how happy a Note 9 would make this customer if he ends up buying one after this?! He would put it to convenient use wouldn't he? Man I love this phone!!
