I'm getting low-balled like crazy for a note 9 I wanna sell. I'm considering accepting the 600 to trade that in then selling the Note 9 for about 75 off retail on swappa.

Of course it's a hassle but does this make sense? I'm kinda tired of the low balling and trades offers of phones barely worth 200 bucks.

Try swappa, but your going get offers like that anywhere you sell just the nature of it.

Yeah I did, some dude sent it back because it wasn't MINT in his opinion, then some guy offered like 450. I see ads still up posted a month ago with no replies. I think they want a DEAL, a GOOD DEAL so I might as well keep it and sell the 10 immediately.

Swappa has a pretty clear definition of Mint--not much room for opinion. Mint means original condition, with absolutely no wear and tear. If it's merely in excellent condition, with very minor wear and tear, then that's not Mint.

Unfortunately the Note 9 was dropping in price just as the S10s came out and has been dropping steadily ever since.

I'm not mad at swappa at all they have a right to advertise what they want I'm fine with that but the low balling offers for 450 shipped + 15 to swappa for their fee + 25 to ship with insurance is just crazy. I'd rather keep it as a backup phone first.

    IMO:
Let's say your N9 worth $400 (cash in your wallet)
You trade it in and get $600 credit
You pay additional $600 (not including tax) to get a note 10+ (assume the N10+ price at $1200)
    Technical, you've spent $1000 to get a N10+ that MSRP for $1200.

I don't see any benefit at all.

Plus, new leak confirmed that all US version will get Snapdragon 855, NOT the enhanced 855. So, you'll have a very hard time to resell it for anything over $800.

I wouldn't keep it I'd sell immediately but the resell value on swappa might be low.

I gotta trade offer for a 12 MacBook you think that makes sense? I don't know what to do.

Pretty good chance resell value may tank.

No headphone jack, punch hole, sd slot?.... N10 plus and Pro seem like downgrades.
