Removing permanently Floating circle when i minimize VLC media player

[Android Central Question]

I was experimenting with split screen view two1 months ago, now whenever I am using vlc media player and minimize it a circular floating icon appears. If I open VLC media player again, then minimize it, a second circlular floating icon appears.
If I click the floating circle a rectangular window opens with my playlist.
If I hold the circle a remove circular button appears in the center top of my screen. Dragging the icon(s) to this remove icon deletes the icon.

How do I permanently stop these circular icons from appearing whenever I minimize vlc media player?

Should be able to disable , go into phone settings scroll down to advance and tap on smart pop ups and turn off
