I had the Note 9 on TMobile both unlock and carrier version and was same .
Gotcha , I can say for my area east coast NY/NJ no issues when I had my Note 9 , and by the way was one of best devices I owned .I'm planning on selling my Pixel 2xl, and getting a Note 9. Just wanted to know about band # 71 as i'm with Tmo.
