Hi all!


So I've been on the prowl for this phone for this week. I contacted an ATT rep and had everything settled and that I would get it today.. but they didn't get any shipped to them. Then I started to call around... and it sounds like it's selected stores on the 18th. Has anyone heard anything about when stores will get them?

Called a store here in Jacksonville and was told as soon as they come in they can sell em. She thought it would be Monday, the 17th. Called another store on the other side of town and was told they have the white models and I can come in now to purchase one. Gonna try a couple more stores at 10am when they open.

Lucky.. I'm waiting on the stores to hit 10am here in Cali. But so far, I haven't had any luck in finding it.

Not yet. I dont like the flip cases. Waiting to see what others are made. Didn't see any flip cases at the store however, only online.

I'm extremely jealous. The stores that I've called around this area keep saying that it won't be "sellable inventory" until the 18th.

I totally got lucky finding a store with 2 in stocks. Amazed I got one before the pre-orders even came in.

I cannot explain to you all the level of frustration boiling in my veins today. I can't believe AT&T had the cojones to send out phones to random stores (not even all of them) before they even tried to ship a single pre-order. Read the following communications with AT&T and be amazed (or not amazed, whichever you prefer).

Wow, that was a low blow on behalf of them. The purpose of a pre-order is to be able to receive the phone as soon as it comes out, not be prioritized as last in line.

I've literally spent about an hour total calling every AT&T store in Orange County, CA and no luck. I ended up buying the phone through their 800 number. I don't know why things are so f'd up but for those that are waiting on stores to get em, I would recommend you call sales and order it. :/

I heard two things. One is Samsung screwed up and all of the AT&T and VZW phones are stuck in customs. Then I heard that AT&T will not ship to stores because of the Mike Brown thing.

What does a thug getting shot have to do w the Galaxy Note Edge?

I was at the local AT&T store last night and was told they will have them in on Friday. Great so now I'm back to racking my head about whether I get the 4 or the Edge.

OK, so after using buzzard-like stealth, I was finally able to secure my Note Edge today (yeah!). I had gone earlier in the day and they didn't have them yet. They also said they had one Note 4 left so I snatched that one up for my husband. They also told me they are getting a shipment of phones in at 1 and there should be some Edges in there. So.... while I was there getting my daughter's new phone, the shipment came in and it contained 2 (yes, just 2) Edges. I immediately grabbed one up and after having it for about 4 hrs now, I can safely say my apprehension has been without merit. I can't say about battery life yet, but I am totally satisfied with the phone so far. No, the edge doesn't service any life altering purpose but it's just a completely different way of doing things and I'm all for something new. So far, I love it. Will post more later. Oh and I was also very impressed with the Note 4 and its build. Excellent device.
