Edge battery saving tips.

I upgraded from a note 3 to a note edge. Fiat couple days it was great on battery. Now is draining. I've had this issue with the last phone too. I'm starting to wonder if it's just my usage that causes the drain. I'm on my phone all day at work. What are the best tips to save battery life? I have the battery saving mode on hands the screen dimmed and don't have the extra features on. Anything else I can do?

This conversation could go on forever. There are MANY things that affect battery life. In my case I'd say the biggest things were streaming (video and audio) and using apps that require GPS. I leave my GPS and location services on all the time but watch out for apps that use them constantly such as my recently uninstalled Life 360 app. I liked it a lot but it definitely was a battery hog.

Buy a spare battery and don't gimp the phone. LoL
