Why does my screen keep flickering and shutting down and restarting? How do I stop this?

I have had my galaxy note pro 12.2 since September I had the same issue before and I sent it back to Verizon and they eventually sent me a new one and the same thing is happening they tell me it is an app related problem but even in safe mode it does the same thing I have a video of what it's doinghttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=E6XAMjRE2GU any ideas would be great

Try doing a Factory Reset, also called a Hard Reset. Something is thrashed.

I just bought a used one and I have the exact same problem. Did you figure it out?
