randomly shuts down and screen flickering

After about an hour it shuts down and keep rebooting itself. Don't feel hot but after it rests a while it's fine. The screen flickers when it does this too. I read something about a kit Kat download or something? Please help!

This problem is obvious from loose or cracked solders of battery connector; a severed cracked battery connector will cause shutdown immediately if you slap hard on the back cover, near the center. A simple re solder the battery connector will fix the auto shutdown or reboot.
