Why does my Samsung Note Pro 12.2 shutdown after about 5 mins of inactivity?

why does my samsung note pro 12.2 shutdown after about 5 mins of inactivity

I purchased this tablet about a month ago and I notice i have to hold the start button down for about 12 seconds before it starts to reboot. Also it shuts down after there is inactivity for approx 5 mins.

Does it shut completely down or just blank the screen after 5 minutes of inactivity? What happens if you click the home button after it goes blank?

That's a tough one.
1. Check the manual if the device do the functionality.
2. Check if you have a virus that triggers the auto shutdown functionality.
3. Check if you have an app that auto-shutdowns the phone by real time/countdown.
