Bluetooth Won't Pair With NewStyle keyboard.?

I have android 5.0.2 installed on Note Pro. Trying to pair Newstyle case/keyboard without success. Keyboard blue connect light flashes indicating transmit but my Note Pro is not seeing it. I am not getting a "Scan" or "search for devices" notice or Pin pairing code when I toggle Bluetooth on the Settings/Connections menu. Followed all steps in Note Pro manual, I think.

I finally found a Scan button on the screen upper right in the blue bar. Tapped it and got instant pairing code. Problem solved. NewStyle keyboard seems like a nice one, cheap too.
