    Hello everyone! My S-Note app, which comes pre-installed on the Galaxy Note Pro, has been working perfectly for the last few years. However, last week it suddenly stopped working. Opening it only causes a black screen. I'd love to uninstall and reinstall the app, but since it comes pre-installed I can only "disable" it, which doesn't help. I also tried rebooting the tablet of course. Any idea on how I can fix the app without having to reset the whole tablet? Many thanks

    Go to Settings>Apps, select S Note, and Clear Cache. If you don't have any crucial notes already saved and clearing the cache doesn't help, try also Clear Data.
