Note Randomly Shuts Down?

I just got my Note shipped to me today from T-Mo online. Within minutes of my powering it up, it was locking up and a blue screen of death would appear, and it totally restarts. I have only used it for around 1 hour total (I'm at work and haven't had a chance to play) and it has done this at least 4 times now. This is not boding well. I have had Android devices in the past but this is the first time I've had issues right out of the box.

Has anyone else had this issue? TIA.

Just return it. This is the first I'm hearing of these kinds of issues.

First time hearing this. Ive lot of friends who is using Note and never had any of your kind of problem. Return it.

I returned it and went with a Note 2.
