Hi,

I have a bricked Galaxy Note 1.
N7000.

I am trying to recover it, but need help sourcing a stable/reliable/decent battery life kernel + Jellybean combination.

Can anyone point out where to get each of these two?

I actually bricked it by trying to update.
I think my old Franco kernel somehow got in the way of the auto-update so I tried to install "hydranirvana" kernel, and it bricked.

I intend to:
1) Boot into Clockworkmod recovery (why use Odin? is there some advantage)
2) Factory reset (I got my vital data backed up)
3) Use Sybr_Kernel_Cleaning_Script_Ed-1.1.zip
4) Wipe caches
5) flash the kernel (that you suggested)
6) flash the jellybean rom (that you suggested)
7) Pray the Note comes to life

Help please.

If you can boot into recovery you are not 'bricked'. Please quit using that term for anything unless your phone is a paper weight that even Odin can't save. It scares people away from the root and rom community.
