Precedent Goes Dark After Screen Timeout...

...Usually when I push the power button the screen lights up. As of yesterday this doesn't work. I've tried all buttons. The only thing that seems to make the screen want to light up is:

1. Hooking it up to the charger
2. Pulling the charging chord out of the phone

Can anyone offer some suggestions other than getting rid of the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you rebooted the phone yet? Also, is it rooted or stock?

It's stock.

The only thing I can remember doing over the last few days was adding a lock screen.

Was it a 3rd party lockscreen app, or just the stock lockscreen feature? If 3rd party, uninstall it.

Stock. I have reset the phone back to factory settings if that is what you are talking about.
