This is taken from the Rogers version not the Skyrocket but I can't imagine why the Skyrocket wouldn't have this option somewhere.

lol, that has been gone for a long time and gets added back sometimes in custom roms.

Yup, works perfectly.

Then click on Phone Info, scroll all the way down and you can select what radios can be active/auto picked.

I am currently trying to use the GSM/CDMA autp (PRL) option but it won't stick to it. Always goes back to GMS/WCDMA/LTE auto....

Same exact problem - just reverts no matter what. I keep thinking I'm missing a "Save" step or something.
