I have a rough understanding of the difference between Widgets and Apps. Can anyone tell me how I can identify Widgets and identify Apps that are on my Skyrocket.
For example, at the Home screen, if you select Menu and then select the "+" option, it will list Widgets. So far so good.
But if I select the "Application" icon, are these all Apps or are some of them Widgets. For example, a "Clock" icon shows up under Applications and it also shows up under Widgets. What is it?

When you press the blue/white square "all applications" button in the lower right of your homescreen, everything you see in there are your "apps". Widgets will not appear in there and you can't edit them from there. Only way you can see them is to load them by hitting menu and adding a widget to your homescreen, then edit how they work/display from their own settings menus.
