Im trying to root my phone but i keep backing out because i want to be totally sure what im doing. Im getting my direction from xda developers. This is the guide. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1340526
When i plug my phone into odin the guide says to make sure it looks exactly like it does in the picture. Mine is a little different. Mine has the yellow box but different numbers. Is this okay? Does it matter? Mine says defcom 4. And also when looking for Rom does it matter if the version of the Rom is 2.3.5 when my phone is 2.3.6?
