FoxFi after At&t ICS Skyrocket Upgrade

FoxFi has been great for me on my Gingerbread S2 unlimited data plan. When I'm mobile my wifi only Asus Transformer tethers, as well as my laptops. I'm fearful that AT&T will block FoxFi after ICS. Any successful reports of FoxFi tethering after the ICS upgrade this week?

I've used it this past week with no issue on my work computer and an iPad. No text notices or anything yet
