Kies won't update firmware even running as Administrator..

I get the error, "Failed to acquire permission for the SGH-727...etc..." I am using the computer as an admin. I don't even have any other accounts set up on the computer. I've tried the, "right click on shortcut and run as administrator". Still does not work. I've even right clicked on the kies shortcut, went to properties, and set the app to run as administrator. Still get the same error. Very frustrating! Any ideas or help?

Got it to update on my wife's laptop. Thanks for all the help, appreciate it!! Never coming to this site again.
