2.3.6 unavailable

Hello,

I have an unlocked international version of the Galaxy S2 / i9100.

I received a message telling me to check for OTA updates. However, when I check it it tells me there are no updates available.

Unlocked phones are supposed to get the updates first, so I wonder why I'm not getting the 2.3.6 update.

This is the information it shows (it isn't rooted or anything):

I didn't think any of the unlocked GSII phones get updates OTA. I thought samsung was only providing updates via their Kies Desktop software.
