[Q] No Outgoing/Incoming Calls / SMS

my friend gave me SGS II with the following problem:

when dailing the phone just close the call
when dailing to phone its just output busy signal.

1.Phone is not locked to any Carrier (i checked).
2.has bars when inserting Sim Card.
3.Rooted/Custom ROm installed.
4.Phone see the Sim Card Carrier.
5.Mobile Network state is unaviable.

Sound like the cell radio is not connecting to the towers properly. Kind of like when you can see a wife signal, but can't connect to the access point because the settings on your device are setup wrong.

You should try loading a Rom that has proper working radio drivers and see if that changes the problem. Possibly something from cyanogenmod or some other reputable Rom maker.

well i did it and still same result.
if it phone is report stolen is that could be the result
if so is there anyway to slove it?
